Marginox discovers active leagues, checks the schedule, and only arms a league near a real game. Live capacity follows the leagues and games actually in play, with continuity books plus rotating comparisons.

when a game is on. Everything else still shows it. You should rarely need this:
a league with no game on already costs nothing.
